It doesn't really, does it? It looks better up close, as Curt and others will tell you. I took it out today to check that rear brake locking problem I had, and the seat just felt better and better the longer I rode.

By the way, even though it pushes you a little forward, you also get pushed back a little once you're riding. And with the backrest, it's a bit o' heaven.

Be sure to let us know what you think after riding on it for 100 miles or so.

Well, my seat showed up last week. I have about 250 miles on it, and no I am not going to send it back.
It fits me well. I am 5'11" and 250 lb. I am still not sure I am moved forward as some of you have stated. My knees are bent a little more, but it may be from sitting lower. I do think I need to bring the handle bars back and up some. I think maybe this would be the opposite if I were pushed forward. Well thanks for listening to me rant.

It makes for a fine ride. Also the better half likes it too. She is now more willing to go alone.

I'm lucky there, the wife loves to ride, but has been on me since I sold the last bike that had a mustang seat on it.

I found I'm actually pushed a little back once I start riding (not much, but enough to notice). Mine's a keeper too, Extreme. JW, you just wait.

Are they easy to get messed up if they get wet? I didnt order the rain covers. I keep the bike inside, but I have gotten caught in the rain on a time or two.
