Doc,
Ok I'm slightly confused, so with your setup, the extra oil will be sucked back in through the intake of the carb into the combustion chamber?

Yes. The stock setup is the same.

What kind of "plastic tube" do you refer to, like vacuum hose? or something rigid, any suggestions on what type I could purchase, and what kind of glue? Like RTV or superglue?

When I used this setup, I just used clear plastic fexible tubing, nothing exotic. Never tried superglue or RTV. I used expoxy but RTV may work.

In what way do you have yours routed on your bike Doc? is it in this manner?

I now have my routed with black hose so that it exits under the bike right next to the gas vent tube.

VegasDave,

How do you like the KrankVent? I have been considering one also. They make a lot of claims for it that seem reasonable... did you notice anything special?

Haven`t really noticed anything different. You do notice a slight
(tocking)sound at idle. With the hot temps here didn`t want any blow
out going thru the carb. Also haven`t noticed any oil dripping from the
vent filter so it must be doing it`s job
