Stock cables OK? Yes
Can they be drilled for internal wiring? Yes
Website about replacing handlebars? Dunno
Any good tips to removing those chrome caps on the handlebar clamps without scratching them? If they are the 04 and up bars the ends screw in I used a rag and channel locks I also have the Sears robopliers with the rubber covers on the teeth too.

Any hidden tips to share? Have fun! take your time
