My first bike.

My 1955 Triumph 500 looked just like the one Fonz rides on Happy Days same color with front and rear crash bars. Loved the sound of it too.

Hodaka 100 "Super Rat" - I don't even remember the year. I rode and raced that bike hard and it never did quit. Simple, dependable, fun. What more do you need in a bike?

My 68 Norton Atlas. Lovely sound and handled very well. Shook like hell, though.

Bought it new - 82 Goldwing. Honda fairing, and Vetter bags/trunk. Custom paint. Custon sound system 25 watts rms. It was great for camping and long rides. Sold it to get into snowmobiles in 1995. I thought I did well selling it for more than I paid. Looking back it would have been well worth keeping. Zero rust on it since it was sprayed with WD40 every storage.

Re:Your favorite bike 3 Months, 1 Week ago
Currently my R* is the best I've had. Even with the headaches the first year. But my favorite old bike was my 84 XV1000. Found it in a customers attic. Packed on a pallet and covered. He ran the business himself. Was playing with it one day and broke his leg. Was out of work for some time. Decided to put it away for later. I was looking for a new bike. So he sold it to me for $2000. Only had 2,100 miles on it. Motor was hopped up already and it looked like new. Had it for 8 years. Sold it to help buy the house. Got my $2000 back and it had 48000 miles on here when she left.
