I can't think of a single reason to put one under my ass other than I want to live in the illusion of owning a superior machine. They are nice, I like them, their just NOT better. HD spent millions of dollars on a marketing scheme and it worked. But it only has 51,000 miles now so should last another few years. Right now I am enjoying my new to me '01 R* bobber. I had never ridden with a foot clutch or ape hangers before I changed my Silverado to a bobber but this thing is fun to ride. I don't know how it's possible but it seems to go around corners better now than before the change. Well, I'm not the first to say it, but these two wheelers are sure fun to ride. And it doesn't matter what name is on the bike, we are all brothers in the wind. I would agree that the Roadstar is a little roomier, especially for the passenger. I recently took the front lowers off the Ultra so the leg room is now the same as the Roadstar. The lowers are great for winter, but are not needed in the warmer months. The driver's seat on the Roadstar is a little closer to the ground, which I like. I am approx. 6'-2" with a size 13 foot so the lowers on the Ultra were confining somewhat. With the lowers removed, the Ultra and the Roadstar are about the same with regard to how much room you have to stretch out. There is less room for the passenger on the Ultra as compared to the Corbin.
