ive got a 1990 ford ranger, i was going down the highway yesterday and all of a sudden i started loosing oil pressure, the guage just went doun to zero, then sometimes when i slow down and speed up it would come up a little, i checked the oil and its full, and today the pressure was fine but i only drove it for a few miles, the truck has always had a knock ever since i bought it, i thought it was just the lifters, but yesterday it sounds like the knocking is louder than usual, any suggestions
