Mornin StarCruiser06

My bike is jetted great now. So I'm not using anything. I haven't for quite a while. Seafoam works great if you need it but you shouldn't need it. My bike is running great and all the noises these big ole Vs make doesn't bother me. She sounds happy.

So can someone smarter than me (which should probably be just about anyone here) tell me if the Lucasoil is inherently different than the Marvel Mystery Oil? If so, I might give it a shot.

Thanks Musky,
I don't like to get "dependent" on additives... But, I gotta say... there would be no false advertising if the gasoline makesr came out on TV and said... "It's not your grandfathers gasoline anymore..."
I mean... at these prices and the quality (or lack therof...) I'm ready to go with Colman camp stove fuel... (which, by the way, is only $3.50 a gallon!)
Gee, I wonder how the Star would run on Naptha?

Re:Quieter valve train 6 Months ago
Well VegasDave I tried the Lucas Top End Lube, and by George it does seem a little quieter on the one tank that I put it in. Especially after the engine is nice and hot. Usually when I come off the freeway and slow down on the side streets, it's really noisey. This stuff really seemed to quiet things down. I'm gonna start a regular routine of adding it to every fillup.

Teal I`m almost done with my 1st 5.25 bottle and I plan to
continue useing it.

Soba I went to the MMO site and it didn`t say.Lucas on the other hand tells you what`s "not"in thier product that could be harmful to
an engine

I did notice that my last fill up at Sinclar it said could contain up to
10% ethanol.I`m thinkin we get the same crap here they get in Cali. And we
know that crap can bring your milage down

Going on an MDA rally this weekend. I'm going to try the Lucas treatment and see if it helps. Tried almost everything else (except Coleman fuel).

HEY GUY'S

BEEN USING LUCAS PRODUCT'S FOR YEARS

USING 10-40 AMSOIL SYN MOTORCYCLE OIL

LUCAS SYN. OIL TREATMENT (ADD 6 TO 8 OUNCES)

SHIFT'S REAL SMOOTH! PLUS LESS ENGINE NOISE

BEFORE I CONVERTED TO SYN. OIL

YAMAHA 20-40 OIL PLUS LUCAS REG. OIL TREATMENT

ENGINE IS ALOT COOLER WITH THE SYN. OIL PLUS LESS NOISE
