Wouldn't ya know it! 3 Years, 11 Months ago

Thursday night I was browsing all the websites of the Yami dealers in the state just to see what kind of used bikes they have. Well, I found a dealer that had a new unsold 2004 Road Star. It was a color that wifey liked, it was new and all the goodies on my bike would fit it. I'm thinking that if I worked it just right I could have a new bike and be a couple thousand bucks ahead when I sold my '06. So, Friday morning I rode over intending to make a cash offer. This bike had been sitting on his showroom floor for over 4 years and had the dust and dirt to prove it. Wouldn't you know it! They sold it earlier in the week and were waiting for the owner to pick it up!

I'm looking for kind of a back-up bike (odd, I know) but every time I see exactly what I want, it's gone. I guess I'm just not vigilant enough.

I agree, there are a lot of great deals on Bikes now, I have seen a few on Ebay myself. I am thinking of selling My Roadie and buying a new 06 Roadliner, Left over that never sold for a great price, I am thinking about it, if I do I will let you guys know. I am anxious to try out the Fuel Injection, I know it is awesome.
