#95894 2005Roadstar (User) Proper Prior Planning Prevents PissPoorPerformance Expert Boarder Posts: 441 Phat Performance Parts 2 Months ago   I know some of the members here have ordered from these guys, so I'm just wondering what kind of shipping time to expect. I placed an order a week ago today (June 19th) and still no email saying that it's been shipped or that it's been delayed. Their website states that orders usually ship within 3 business days (that would've been Tues.) or they will email you notifying you of the delay. So far I haven't heard from them saying it's been shipped or delayed. Called and got their voice mail so I left a message. Waiting to see if they call me back now. Oh yeah; Payment's not an issue. I had a tough time with them when I ordered my stainless steel cables but, one several other orders were ok. My last order was the Kury flamed boards and the Kury Taillights the floor boards got here right away but the lights took a little over a week. I called and it was Kury that had the delay. I have been very satified with Phat overall compared to other vendors out there. They also have the best $'s too. There was one case where a Baron's part was on back order, but Phats kept me informed and offered alternatives, all at a higher price though. I generally call if I have an issue and have never had to leave a message. I try and order from them whenever I buy something. They have their bad times too though just like every other business. I have had a couple of problems when I didn't get their message about a delay in shipping due to backorder, but they cleared it up by email very quickly and were able to give me a pretty accurate delivery date. He appologized for the delay and for the fact that I hadn't been notified. No biggie really, as I don't have to have the stuff I ordered.
