#96349 crazydog (User) Fresh Boarder Posts: 19 Bike lowering question 5 Months, 1 Week ago   I purchased the slam package from pacific road star and I call to yamaha service to have it installed tomorrow. They are telling me that I need to change the kickstand to a short one or modify the existing one, is this true? Your scoot won't lean as much otherwise, and as much as it weighs, I'd rather keep it leaning like it's supposed to. I will post pictures later. It still leans quite a bit. Have never had an issues even with the bars turned to the right. I have V&H Longshots and have never scraped my pipes. The boards always hit first.
