frist of all to tell you Factoryphoto happy you got new roadies . I am sure you will pleases with the new EFI on your bike. it would be less worry about the air and fuel mixture in there . I have study about the compare the EFI and carb for the bike . I would favor the EFI due to worry free, But the Carb on the bike sure give planty sweet power when go gun WOT on the bike . But for going up the mountian or long trip is hard, Hearing people have more lucky then I do becuz I am deaf and don't hear when back fire or anything act funny with the sounds. I had to depends on friends to listen . But I don't like to depends on hearing people. Anyway I am very happy for you .
by the way for you and BlkcerryBomb to tell you that I live in Roseville also . I have 2006 roadie and I love the bike to ride out . So drop me a line and we all go out for riding . But this weekend is allready planned with star 153 club to go to hollister rally this saturday . So you two would be interested to go . Let me know ok pal !

Good lookin' 08! I also live in Yuba City. We need to hook up some time and take a ride. I like to run down to the Roseville dealer to check out stuff because Y.C. dealer doesn't have much for street bikes, and it's right next to my favorite steak house"Cattlemans". Capt.Kirk

thanks fellas.. Anyone have any experience with BUBs exhaust pipes? What about the mustang seat.. I looked at the ultimate seat looks good but I can get a deal on a mustang seat..
It would be good if you could set on a mustang seat first...great seat but mustang's seem to push you forward a little. B.T.W Nice ride.

I gotta say this bike is just sweet.. The S model has some chrome ect parts on it I think thats it but I liked it and there will be no reason to upgrade for many many years..

First signs of the illness... denial of needing anymore chrome.

LOL you guys crack me but damn I think your right
Streetbike is all new to me I put lots of money into dirt ie suspension, motor/head work, bars, seat, linkage, oversize brakes ect.. Ya its a disease. I promised the wife all I would do is a seat and maybe an exhaust so the bike is louder for safety issue.. I ordered a Ultimate seat today and called VH and Bubs exhaust and nobody makes anything for the 08 yet.. Something to do with oxygen sensors because of FI.. Owell its better for my marriage
Are aftermarket oil filters better than yamahas or just cheaper? Im gonna do a oil change after this weekend I been reading up on how to do them looks pretty easy.

Safety BAH! Used that one myself. Know what she said? Take the baffles out. How did she know about that?! Good looking bike the flames are of the same style as on my forearm. I went to the dealer looking for a Kawasaki 2000 they had. The lure of the air cooled took me.
