check your bolts!! 3 Years, 10 Months ago

while checking my battery and voltage I looked down on the exhaust side of my bike by the swing arm piviot and the 2 large bolts that hold the engine at the swing arm were loose and backed almost all the way out!

I put some blue locktite and tightened them back up (I've never taken them out before) and did a close look at my whole bike for any other "loose" bolts.

Very scary for my daily rider

Check the two screws in your gas cap as well. They can vibrate out but you can't really see it until its to late because of the compression valve they are holding. Papa Bear

I make a point when cleaning (and I clean alot) to visually check all the fasteners..
