spacers inbetween the brackets and the rack,and waaaahhhhhllllaaaa, it is done!! For now I'm gonna paint the brackets silver to blend them in,but later on I'll get them chromed to match...

Hey,twodollar,I also noticed when the rack is not raised,that the back pad seems to sit really low,and when I raised it up the bottom of the pad sat at the top of the butt pad.. Therefor making it more comfertable on the back of the passenger.....
