I have ordered several items from Hellrisers with no problems.

I tried to purchase a kuryakyn raptor bar and mounting brackets from them. The following week I ordered a jet kit for my 1700. The first order was on back order. I contacted them via email. never got a response. The jet kit arrived and I found it was for a 1600. I emailed them. (on the weekend they are closed). I called and left a message. No response from either email or message. I called them again on the following weekday. (tuesday, it was labor day weekend). At first the lady who answered tried to tell me its the same kit. I had to correct her. Finally they aggreed to send the correct kit and a return label. I asked them about the other order. (the one they ignored for 10 days at this point). They stated they would check on it. They emailed me stating it would be 2 weeks to get from kuryakyn and then they would ship it. 2 weeks later I check the order status online. Its says shipped. I email them and ask what the eta is. They tell me its still backordered and it'll be another 2 weeks. I cancel the order. (A month is too long for any part and they have too many competitors to put up with the constant backorders and the lack of communication). Supposedly they cancel the order. I check the next day and find they billed me for it on my debit card. I almost ended up with an overdraft charge because of there negligence. I call email them back. They tell me it could be a week before I get my money credited to my account. Money they should of never charged in the first place. In my email I asked why they charged me. They neglected to answer. HELLRISERCUSTOMS.COM has poor customer service, no communication, can't seem to send the correct parts and will charge your account if you cancel.
BE VERY WARY OF DEALING WITH THEM. Use them at your own risk. Peace. Mike.
