Pricing? They are proud of what they sell, but the pricing seems to be middle of the road on new, and ok on parts. I receive a 10% discount on Yamaha parts and he typcially matches anything I find on the net. Service? Great! they get your bike in and out quickly. For me that important because I want to ride, not have it sitting in a shop somewhere.
