New Registration Process

Registration Temporarily Suspended

Due to the amount of spambot traffic we are experiencing, new registrations have been temporarily suspended. If you would like to join the Clinic as a member, please go to the Registration Problems page and send us a request with the following information:

- First and Last Name

- Username

- City

- State/Province

- Country

Please insure that all the required information is filled in correctly or your registration will be rejected.

We will get back to you as soon as we can (be patient, we are volunteers).

Our site is being bombarded by fake registrations which we are rejecting. Once in a while a 'real' member is rejected. If you find that your registration is rejected, please send us a note from our Registration Problems page and we will address the problem.

If you find your account has been blocked (same reason as above) you can also use our Registration Problems page to request re activation.

Please include your name and username in your correspondance.
