Registration Temporarily Suspended

Due to the amount of spambot traffic we are experiencing, new registrations through the website have been suspended. If you would like to join the Clinic as a member, please go to the Registration Problems page and send us a request with the following information:

- First and Last Name

- Username

- City

- State/Province

- Country

Please insure that all the required information is filled in correctly or your registration will be rejected.

We will get back to you as soon as we can (be patient, we are volunteers).

If you find your account has been blocked or you can't log in you can also use our Registration Problems page to request re activation.

Please include your name and username in your correspondance.

Emails not related to registration or log in issues will not be answered.
